At Rodiffy Moissanite, we are dedicated to ensuring a comfortable and satisfying shopping experience for our customers. That's why we offer an Easy 30-day Return/Exchange service for all purchases. Below, you'll find detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. Please note that all policies begin from the date you received the product until the date the issue was reported to us. Our 30-day Full Coverage Return/Exchange Policy encompasses the following situations:

  • Receipt of incorrect order or item(s)
  • Receipt of broken items
  • Receipt of products with poor or defective quality
  • Issues such as chipping paint or falling crystals

In such cases, Rodiffy takes responsibility for the $10 return postage fees and replacement fees. Please note that for issues like chipping paint or falling crystals, we will exchange the item(s) only for the same product or for item(s) of equal or lesser value.

    Our 30-day LIMITED COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy applies to the following situations:

    • Selection of the wrong size ring(s)
    • Personal reasons such as a change of mind or personal taste

    In these instances, the customer is responsible for return postage fees and replacement postage fees. Please note that Rodiffy does not refund any shipping fees.

    Not Covered by Our 30-Day Return Policy:

    • Products exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals, such as Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, and Spas, which can alter the appearance of your Rodiffy product.
    • Products damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
    • Silver pieces that may appear black over time due to oxidation. To restore their original look, clean them with a silver polishing cloth.
    • Items returned in a condition other than their original state, including scratches, signs of wear, resizing, or alterations.
    • Special order items, such as those with custom sizes and colors.
    Note:

    If your order qualifies for our free shipping service, we will issue a full refund once we receive the returned items. Please note that any additional shipping fees paid for delivery services are non-refundable.

    Return Service Procedure:
    • Please contact our service staff, and attach clear photos of the items that represent a quality issue.
    • Please follow the instructions that are provided by our customer service team.
    • Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your item(s). Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 5-7 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.

    • Items that are being returned should be new, and unworn. They should be kept in its original condition in which you received them in.
    • Please contact one of our customer service representatives to request return authorization, and the return instructions.
    • The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit (gift card) as you requested.

    Please note that returns without authorization will be refunded in the form of store credit (gift card). Contact one of our customer service representatives first to obtain authorization if you prefer a refund to your original payment method.

    Items being returned or exchanged must be new and unworn, kept in their original condition with size tags attached. Items without a tag are not eligible for refund or exchange.

    As a token of appreciation, we provide a $10 store credit (gift card) for exchanges and returns to reimburse shipping fees incurred by our customers when sending packages back.

      Exchange & Return Flow

      Step 1: Fill out the exchange & return form included with your order.

      Step 2: Send your package and provide tracking information (tracking number and shipping courier) to service@rodiffymoissanite.com.

      Step 3: Once your package is received, it will be inspected by Rodiffymoissanite.

      Step 4: Store credit or refund will be issued to you by Rodiffymoissanite.

      Step 5: For exchanges, use your store credit (gift card) to order new item(s).

      CANCELLATION POLICY
      • Once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the items. If the cancellation is made less than 12 hours after order was placed, there would be no cancellation fee. If the cancellation is over 12 hours after order was placed, there would be a 30% cancellation fee. If the package has already been sent, you will not be able to cancel the order.
      • Rodiffymoissanite.com reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please Contact our Customer Service Representatives.
      • Note: Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

      Frequently Asked Questions

      Yes, you can exchange any new or unworn item up to 30 days from your original order's delivery date. This includes any style changes or store credit as well. Scroll up to get the process started! After the 30-day window, we can still resize and service your item under our Lifetime Warranty.

      Once your original order has been delivered, you have 30 days from that delivery date to send the items you wish to exchange back to us. The return package must have a postmark date within the 30-day window in order to be approved by our returns department. This window does not reset after an exchange submission.
