Processing time differs from product to product. Some popular styles can be shipped within 48 hours, while other orders may take 3–7 business days. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

01. What does Worry-Free Purchase cover?
Worry-Free Purchase gives you extra peace of mind by protecting your order during shipping. It covers:
Delay – If your package takes longer than expected, you’ll receive compensation ($5 for delays beyond 10 days for Non-International orders, or 30 days for International orders).
Loss – If your package never arrives, you’ll be reimbursed for the full value you paid (30 days from shipment for Non-International orders, or 60 days for International orders).
Damage – If your items arrive broken or unusable (shattered, bent, crushed, etc.), you’ll be reimbursed for up to the item’s value.
✨ Bonus: Worry-Free Purchase also covers carbon-neutral shipping for all Non-International orders.
03. How does Worry-Free Purchase resolve your shipping issues?
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, simply file a claim through Seel’s Claim Portal
(a link will also be sent to your email after purchase).
We have partnered with Xcotton Shipping Protection to provide shipping protection services. Coverage：

If your packages are lost, damaged, or mis-delivered, please visit the official Xcotton Resolution Center on their website to submit a claim, or contact them directly at support@seel.com.
It’s quick, secure, and hassle-free—no waiting on long investigations.
04. Is there any time limit for issue reporting?
Yes, please make sure to report your issue within the required timeframe:
Lost packages (not delivered) – within 90 days of your order date.
Porch piracy (marked delivered but not received) – within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery update.
Damaged items – within 7 days of delivery.
Delayed packages – no sooner than 10 days after shipment for Non-International orders, or 30 days for International orders.
⏰ All claims must be submitted within 90 days of your order date.
