Processing Time
Processing time differs from product to product. Some popular styles can be shipped within 48 hours, while other orders may take 3-7 business days. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Shipping Protection
What does Shipping Protection cover?
- Delay: Compensation for delays beyond 10 days (Non-International) or 30 days (International).
- Loss: Full reimbursement if package never arrives (30 days Non-International, 60 days International).
- Damage: Reimbursement up to item's value if broken or unusable.
- Bonus: Carbon-neutral shipping for Non-International orders.
How to resolve shipping issues
File a claim through Seel’s Claim Portal. Claims are reviewed automatically and refunds issued via prepaid credit card if approved.
Time limits for reporting
- Lost packages – within 90 days of order date.
- Porch piracy – within 7 days of delivery update.
- Damaged items – within 7 days of delivery.
- Delayed packages – no sooner than 10 days (Non-International) or 30 days (International).
- All claims must be submitted within 90 days.
